5-element nutrition
(available soon)
The ‘5-element diet’ refers to a culinary approach based on the five elements of Chinese philosophy (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) to achieve balance through flavours, colours, textures and energetic properties. Unlike Western diets, which focus on calories or nutrients, this philosophy emphasises the therapeutic effects and energetic balance of food in the body.
