Abdominal massage

What lies beneath the abdomen? The abdomen is far more than just the area where our digestive organs are located. It stores emotions, tension and memories, and reflects the general state of our body. Stress, anxiety, an unbalanced diet, hormonal changes or a sedentary lifestyle can manifest as bloating, constipation, a feeling of pressure or other abdominal discomfort. Abdominal massage is a gentle yet deeply effective treatment that promotes physical and emotional well-being and helps the body regain its natural balance.

The abdomen is often referred to as our ‘second brain’, as the digestive system is closely linked to the nervous system. Targeted massage techniques stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, support bowel function, release muscular and fascial tension, and promote deep relaxation. In addition to the physical benefits, this treatment helps many people to release pent-up emotions and experience a sense of lightness and inner balance.

Indications: Constipation and sluggish bowel function, bloating and a feeling of fullness, slow digestion, irritable bowel syndrome (as a complement to medical treatment), tension in the abdominal area, stress, anxiety and exhaustion, menstrual discomfort (provided there are no contraindications), Stimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation, improves body awareness and breathing, supports natural bowel function, promotes detoxification, improves blood and lymph circulation, reduces flatulence, releases deep muscle and fascial tension, deepens breathing, calms the nervous system, promotes holistic well-being.
