The practice does not have a waiting room, so please come at the agreed time. Since I may be treating someone else before your appointment, I cannot open the door to you earlier. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that this is not a walk-in clinic. All appointments are made online or right after your treatment.

Cancellation conditions

If you do not cancel an appointment or do not cancel it in a timely manner, i.e. at least 24 hours before the appointment, you still have to pay for the whole session.
If you already have a paid treatment pack and do not cancel the appointment or do not cancel it in timely manner, i.e. at least 24 hours before the appointment, you will still have to pay 50.- CHF. This value is related to the permanent hair removal pack. If the pack is related to other treatments, the treatment in question will be lost. Thank you for your understanding.
